◆ مقدمة
تطبيق توصيلة القلعة (ويُشار إليه بـ «التطبيق» أو «نحن») يوفّر حجز المشاوير داخل عجلون وبين المحافظات، بالإضافة إلى توصيل الطرود. هذه الصفحة تشرح بالتفصيل كيف نتعامل مع بياناتك.
باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق على ما ورد هنا. إذا كنت لا توافق، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.
١ البيانات التي نجمعها
نجمع فقط ما يلزم لتشغيل الخدمة. لا نبيع بياناتك لأي جهة.

٢ الموقع الجغرافي
التطبيق لا يتتبّع موقعك في الخلفية. يُطلب إذن الموقع أثناء استخدام التطبيق فقط، ويتوقف جمع الموقع فور خروجك منه.
نستخدم الموقع لثلاثة أغراض فقط:
- تحديد نقطة انطلاقك تلقائياً عند حجز رحلة أو طلب توصيل.
- حساب المسافة والسعر التقديري قبل تأكيد الطلب.
- إظهار موقع السائق على الخريطة أثناء الرحلة النشطة فقط، وللطرفين المعنيين بها.
يمكنك رفض الإذن أو سحبه في أي وقت من إعدادات النظام، لكن ميزات الحجز لن تعمل بدونه.
٣ صور إثبات التسليم
عند توصيل طرد، قد يلتقط السائق صورة كإثبات تسليم. هذه الصور:
- تُخزَّن في مساحة خاصة وغير عامة، وليست متاحة عبر أي رابط مباشر.
- لا يصل إليها إلا طرفا الطلب (المرسِل والسائق) بعد التحقق من هويتهما.
- تُحذف تلقائياً بعد ٣٠ يوماً من رفعها.
وثائق السائقين تُحفظ طوال فترة وجود حساب السائق (بما في ذلك إن أُوقف الحساب مؤقتاً) لأنها مطلوبة للتحقق، وتُحذف عند رفض طلب الانضمام أو سحبه، وعند حذف الحساب.
٤ مع من نشارك البيانات
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية. المشاركة محصورة بـ:
- الطرف الآخر في طلبك (سائق أو راكب): الاسم، رقم الهاتف، ونقطتا الانطلاق والوصول — وطوال مدة الطلب النشط فقط.
- مزوّدو الخدمات التقنية الذين نعتمد عليهم:

قد نُفصح عن البيانات إذا طُلب منّا ذلك قانونياً من جهة مختصة في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية.
٥ مدة الاحتفاظ
- بيانات الحساب — طوال فترة وجود حسابك.
- سجل الرحلات والطلبات — للمحاسبة والدعم وحل النزاعات.
- صور إثبات التسليم — ٣٠ يوماً ثم تُحذف تلقائياً.
- محادثة الرحلة الداخلية — الرسائل والصور متاحة لطرفي الرحلة. يمكن لمشرفي التطبيق المخوّلين الاطلاع عليها للقراءة فقط عند الحاجة لأغراض السلامة وحل النزاعات، ويُسجَّل كل اطلاع. لا تُستخدم المحادثات لأي غرض آخر. تصبح للقراءة فقط عند إغلاق الرحلة، وينتهي الوصول إليها بعد ٢٤ ساعة. تحذفها مهمة تلقائية تعمل كل دقيقة، وتعيد محاولة حذف الصور عند تعذر ذلك مؤقتاً.
- الموقع اللحظي — لا يُحفظ كسجل دائم، يُستخدم أثناء الرحلة النشطة فقط.
٦ حقوقك وحذف حسابك
يحق لك في أي وقت أن تطلب الاطلاع على بياناتك، أو تصحيحها، أو حذف حسابك وكل بياناتك الشخصية نهائياً.
من داخل التطبيق: حسابي ← حذف الحساب. يتم الحذف فوراً ويشمل حساب الدخول، والملف الشخصي، وسجل الرحلات والطلبات، والرصيد، ووثائق السائق وصوره إن كنت سائقاً. لا يمكن الحذف أثناء رحلة أو طلب قيد التنفيذ.
نُبقي فقط على السجلات المالية (المدفوعات وبطاقات الشحن) بعد إزالة ارتباطها بك، لأنها مطلوبة محاسبياً. ويمكنك أيضاً طلب الحذف عبر الدعم داخل التطبيق أو البريد أدناه.
٧ أمان البيانات
- كل الاتصالات مشفّرة عبر HTTPS.
- كلمات المرور لا تُحفظ كنص صريح إطلاقاً.
- الوصول للصور والوثائق محمي بالتحقق من الهوية، وليس عبر روابط عامة.
لا توجد وسيلة إلكترونية آمنة بنسبة ١٠٠٪، لكننا نلتزم بالممارسات المتعارف عليها.
٨ خصوصية الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون ١٣ عاماً ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إذا علمت أن طفلاً زوّدنا ببياناته، تواصل معنا وسنحذفها فوراً.
٩ تعديلات على هذه السياسة
قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة. عند أي تغيير جوهري سنُحدّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلى الصفحة، وقد نُعلمك داخل التطبيق. استمرارك بالاستخدام بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على النسخة الجديدة.

◆ Introduction
Tawsilat Al-Qal'a (the "App", "we") provides ride booking within Ajloun and between governorates, along with parcel delivery. This page explains in detail how we handle your data.
By using the App you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1 Data we collect
We collect only what the service needs. We do not sell your data.

2 Location
The App does not track your location in the background. Location permission is requested while the app is in use only, and collection stops as soon as you leave it.
We use location for three purposes only:
- Setting your pickup point automatically when booking a ride or delivery.
- Calculating distance and the estimated fare before you confirm.
- Showing the driver's position during an active trip, to the two parties involved.
You can decline or revoke the permission at any time in your device settings, but booking features will not work without it.
3 Proof-of-delivery photos
When delivering a parcel, the driver may take a photo as proof. These photos:
- Are stored in private, non-public storage, unreachable by direct link.
- Are accessible only to the two parties to the order, after identity checks.
- Are deleted automatically after 30 days.
Driver documents are kept for as long as the driver's account exists (including while it is suspended), because they are needed for verification, and are deleted when an application is rejected or withdrawn, and when the account is deleted.
4 Who we share data with
We do not sell your data and never share it for advertising. Sharing is limited to:
- The other party on your order (driver or rider): name, phone, pickup and drop-off — and only for the duration of the active order.
- Technical service providers we rely on:

We may disclose data where legally required by a competent authority in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
5 How long we keep data
- Account data — for as long as your account exists.
- Trip and order history — for accounting, support and dispute resolution.
- Proof-of-delivery photos — 30 days, then deleted automatically.
- City ride chat — text and photos are available to the two ride participants. Authorized administrators of the operator can view them, read-only, when needed for safety and dispute handling, and every such view is logged. Chats are not used for any other purpose. Chat becomes read-only when the ride closes, and access ends 24 hours later. An automatic job runs every minute to delete this data and retries temporary image-deletion failures.
- Live location — not kept as a permanent record; used during an active trip only.
6 Your rights and account deletion
At any time you may ask to see your data, correct it, or permanently delete your account and all your personal data.
In the App: My Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and covers your login, your profile, your trip and order history, your balance and, for drivers, your application documents and photos. It is not available during a trip or an order in progress.
We keep only financial records (payments and top-up cards), with the link to you removed, because they are needed for accounting. You can also ask for deletion through in-app support or the email below.
7 Data security
- All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS.
- Passwords are never stored in plain text.
- Access to photos and documents is gated by identity checks, not public links.
No electronic method is 100% secure, but we follow accepted practice.
8 Children's privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. On any material change we will update the "Last updated" date at the top, and may notify you in the App. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the new version.
